How To Palletized Cardboard Boxes?

1. Choosing the right palette

It is imperative to choose a pallet whose dimensions correspond to the dimensions of the cardboard boxes. If you choose a pallet too small, the crates will overflow the pallet. If you choose a pallet that is too big, the cardboard boxes will be set back from the floor of the pallet. In both cases, there is a strong risk that crates will move during transport and thus the goods contained will be damaged. 3. Keep cardboard packaging in place

To ensure the good maintenance of the cardboard boxes, it is possible to use:

• The angles to protect the edges of the cardboard.
• The stretch film to film and homogenize the entire palette.
• A pallet cap to protect the top of the pallet from moisture and dust.

4. Indicate how to handle the pallet at the customer

It is essential to place pictogram labels on the pallet, in addition to its shipping label, so that the customer understands how to handle it upon arrival at the warehouse. The conditions of storage and handling should be clearly defined through pictogram labels like glass to mean that the goods are fragile or umbrella accompanied by rain to indicate that the goods are moisture.
